With their market garden, orchard, mango trees and beehives to harvest from, ingredients are either grown on-site or sourced from producers who live just down the road. As a result, our menus are spontaneous and ever-changing.
Homage accolades include two Chef Hats from the 2022, 2021 and 2020 Australian Good Food Guide and one Chef Hat from the 2019 Good Food Guide.

Upon arrival at our Archerfield Passenger lounge you will be greeted by our friendly staff and offered a pre-flight beverage. You will then be shown a safety briefing video before hopping onto our luxury aircraft which will take you to your destination. You will have plenty of time to enjoy lunch before flying back to our Archerfield base.
For 2-3 passengers you will be in our Robinson R44 helicopter. For 3+ passengers you will be in our Airbus AS350 Squirrel. Both aircraft are safe, reliable and maintained to the highest possible standard.
The weight limit varies with the type of aircraft and depends on a few different factors. Please enter your correct weight and we will let you know if aircraft limits are exceeded.
Cancellations more than 7 days prior to scheduled flights: Eligible for a full refund of 100% or voucher of the same value. Vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of issue, and are non-refundable or transferrable to another individual.
Cancellations less than 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to scheduled flights: Eligible for a partial refund of 50% or voucher of the same value. Vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of issue, and are non-refundable or transferrable to another individual.
